(It is most annoying that this site automatically puts a date on the top, and it is not the day you want, but the date in USA) - Today is Tuesday.

We go tomorrow afternoon (Wednesday). Today is packing , last minute shopping etc.
We will be leaving Melbourne and four days above 40degC, to spend our first day in Japan in Nara, where they are expecting a very mild 14deg, and about 30ml rain. What a change!
Then next week we will be in Sapporo, where I don't expect the temperature to be above zero.
